Lights on for the CAIP Blog

We've turned the lights on here at the blog. If you've visited before you may have noticed the change of colours and lighter background. We've had some feedback requesting that we use a lighter background so that the posts would be easier to read. I'm listening. Hope you enjoy the new look.

"Creative Arts in Interdisciplinary Practice, Inquiries for Hope and Change" Editor, Cheryl McLean, Associate Editor Robert Kelly (see info about editors here) is the inaugural text in the CAIP Research Series, a project of The International Journal of the Creative Arts in Interdisciplinary Practice, IJCAIP Journal (http://www.ijcaip.com) and is published by Detselig Temeron Books, Calgary. The book is a contemporary research collection that features methods that are participative, communal, active and experiential. It speaks of approaches that actively re-illuminate lived experiences and foster and encourage deep and multi-sensory communication and embodied forms of expression with elements visual, emotional, physical and spiritual. At over 400 pages this information rich text features accounts from leaders in the field from across disciplines and demonstrates how the creative arts can uniquely cross disciplines and fields in search of solutions while creating new communities for change in the process.......
